The waiting is the hardest part

Finally! I just checked the manuscript central website for GJI, and the first paper I
submitted for publication has had it's status changed to "Awaiting Editor Recommendation." This is one step up from "Awaiting Reviewer Scores" - and the one I dread the most. Rejected? Major revisions? Minor revisions?
