Visitors

Family visit today from Uncle Bert and Aunt Eleonor! I'd known they were in the country, visiting Aunt Eleonor's friend, Joan, who lives in St. Neots, but wasn't sure when they were going to call. Anyways, they called about 11:30. I was up, oddly enough... (and after a night where Jeff ended up getting the front wheel of his bike stolen... well, you can only imagine how good that was). After fighting traffic, they made it in to Cambridge around 1:30, where we drove around for a good 30 min or so trying to find a parking spot! Finally, found one near a Turkish restaurant, Efes, which was pretty good. Had some kebabs, hummous (quite creamy), and a bottle of Anatolian wine. Thanks for lunch, Uncle Bert!
